Viognier
Current Release Vintage- 2017- SOLD OUT
66 cases produced
$20 bottle/ $240 case
The next release will be in Spring of 2021.
Review of our 2016 release: Viognier is one of the most difficult wine to craft in Washington, thanks in no small part to the variety's difficulty to grow and timing of harvest. When well done, like this example, it can be glorious, with aromas of orange blossoms, vanilla cream and hints of Mandarin orange zest. This has zippy acidity in the finish.
Awards received
-Editor's Choice- Excellent (90 pts), 2016 vintage, Washington Tasting Room Magazine
-Gold Medal - 2016 vintage, Wentachee Wine and Food Festival

The next release will be in the Spring of 2021.
Review of our 2016 release: If you try to classify this Chardonnay, it's probably more Sonoma County style than Chablis, thanks to a rich mouth feel loaded with pretty tropical fruit, including starfruit, Asian pear, juicy ripe pear on the finish, backed by steely acidity through the impressive finish.

Review of the 2016 release from Winepress Northwest: This is one of three wines made with red Bordeaux varieties that earned Platinum in 2020.
